File this one under awesome things are awesome. A group of students from the University of Toronto¬†built a pitching machine that can throw a pretty wicked knuckleball, hoping to recreate the signature pitch of Jays starter R.A. Dickey. While they were able to make a machine that could throw a knuckleball, they weren’t able to get it to control the ball’s break like Dickey can. Even for robots, chucking a knuckleball is really hard!
