Should THIS Be…against The Law??
So? Should it be illegal??
In 1998, Turkey’s constitutional court ruled that Adultery was no longer a crime. Before that, being caught with side-action could get you up to three years in prison. But NOW…there is a group in North America that would like to see a law like that here!! Married and get caught cheatin’…you don’t just land in divorce court…but in a court of law up on CHARGES of Adultery. Prison time…maybe…but chances are if found guilty…some sort of community service! These people are saying that it could help the victim heal…and maybe stop people FROM cheating!
